Abe... your suggestion of the new IR firm looking at investor comments is sound, but at the same time trying to sort through the mess here and the other (cult) site is something that would be time consuming.

IMO, there has just been too much static owing to the lack of information and general investor moaning to be use. And I am sure that many here have already contacted the new form to voice their concern.

No - I think they just need to not repeat previous PR mistakes and get the necessary information out that we, as investors, need to make an informed decision (buy/sell). I would hope that Ken and his team have already given the new IR company a good flavour on what needs to be accomplished in future PRs.
