I know for sure the auditors were hired to complete the process of getting the financials in order to make the jump to the big board. In addition the guys at Spartan have a SEC lawyer waiting in the wings to do the S1 and an equity line of credit in place.Tomorrow paying customers will be aboard and a new revenue stream will become available.
