Citron was smart to talk to Northland, thus giving him the heads up a hit piece was coming out. With Northland warning all their clients, it broke all momentum on Friday. Since they had no idea what Citron had come up with it was better to sell now and buy back in after you know.

I fully expect most of the Northland clients to buy back in now they know what Citron has come up with. They may wait a bit longer to actually see what part 2 is first though. That is as long as Northland don't come out now and downgrade the stock for some dumb reason.
