I agree with the feeling of show results. However, you are overlooking a few facts. The way this is worded is very convincing to me of a few different things.

1) Earthbound has provided help with the first of the 8 large retail chains ordering kits - remember they told us # of kits and $ price of kits. This was a start on REPORTING real numbers to investors

2) Earthbound proved themselves and were awarded a contract extension and exclusive marketing rights to the other 7 large retail chains.

...There are more subtle wordings and behaviors I have picked up on in this PR and the ones from the last year, but I think this is an actual change from what they have been doing. The proof for me will be becoming a fully reporting company and the summer retail launch. Both of which will be verifiable by all parties. Be cautious, that is good in today's market but I thought I would share my opinion with you to let you see another side of the coin.
