From a Northland client- Darren warned about a potential short piece from Citron last week. He cited the Chinese new year and CCME's potential inability to combat/defend against a short piece during the holiday. This morning Darren again mentioned that a short piece could be imminent from Citron. Darren has spoken with Andrew Left, as recently as this weekend. Andrews claim is that Deloitte wont sign off on CCME's 2010 10-k. No real reason to back that up from what I understand.

This would be an optimal time for the buy back to kick in. Hopefully Jacky is working with NS or MS to be armed and ready if and when the shortys drum something up.
