Retro, they do it for two reasons.
1st, they have sellers remorse. They sell and now feel like they have to justify (mostly to themselves) that selling was the right thing to do. 2nd, They are hoping to tank the stock so they can buy back in at a lower price. This guy might have sold under 9 cents and can't bring himself to the reality that he can't get it any cheaper anymore.
