Those look like delayed quotes to me, both by the time they list and by the volume compared with real-time quotes.

I subscribe to stockwatch.com for US$5.95 per month, which gives me 15-minute delayed quotes, news, portfolio, easy searches on Canadian stocks, plus, for 1.5 cents each time, I can get real-time quotes on any Canadian stock with volume on the bid and ask. I use the real-time quotes any time I want to buy or sell a stock, and sometimes just to see what's happening. It amounts to very little cost each month.
