If you look at the posting history you will see it is rare for anyone to post here.

CCEL insiders hold 39%. That is huge!

Taken from yahoo insider holdings page. That's another reason they didn't take the DWHP deal for $1.75.

Also, as of October 14, 2010, there were only 11,752,574 common shares issued and outstanding aside from what is held in treasury.
