Okay, I have a question to make sure I understand this.

This is the regsho for last Friday per the person at FINRA who told me how to get the information. It took me three phone calls to get the information, this was not easy, they seem to not want to let people know the truth about how many shares have been shorted, strange.

20110128|TMSH|232506|459093|O

This shows that 50.6% was shorted last Friday out of the total trades of 459,093. The FINRA person confirmed that this is the amount of shares shorted and that the short position had to be covered in P+3 days. I did not understand the explanation on this, it was confusing, too many numbers at one time.

Now bear with me on this, again I am learning and I have had a couple of people tell me that you cannot use those numbers, "call FINRA and they will tell you those numbers are inacurate. When I called FINRA I was told those numbers were accurate." Again more confusion. I think I will believe FINRA over people on IHUB at this point. After all FINRA would know how their system works.

I aksed why the Market Makers short so much every day, it did not make sense to me. It was explained to me by the person that I spoke with at FINRA that it does not mean that a Market Maker shorted the stock intentionally, or that even the Market Maker shorted the stock that it could be individuals shorted the stock, but most penny stocks are shorted on a daily basis because of the volatility. I was told that if the Market Maker did not have any shares that it would borrow shares to fill the order. That creates a short position. And when we see that many shares at the end of the day shorted, that it is cumulative.

It was also explained to me that if there continued to be a shortage of shares that and they were not covered within 13 days, that the number of shares that were not delivered would become Fails. And that there was a website that contained the Failed Shares information.

Does anyone have that website information. Thank you.

Here is what I have so far based on how much we have traded. Also the number of shares showing at FINRA seems to be always less than the number of shares that I see on the watchlist at the end of the day of each trading day. Does that make sense that they would be different? Does anyone know why they are always different?

Also I asked the FINRA person what happens when the shares go to the Fails list? I was told that the company, who the Fails have occurred against, could request a fill by the Market Makers to close out the Fails. I asked what would happen if the company requested that, the FINRA person said that usually there would be Short Squeeze on the stock until all the shares are covered. I asked specifically about TMSH and the answer I received is that there are Fails but they will not show for a couple of more weeks due to the lag in the share accounting through the ETC. Does anyone know what the ETC is?

They were providing a lot of information that I did not understand and when I asked for clarification they asked me to wait while they made notes in the system about TMSH for the number of shares that were currently Fails. But would not provide me that information. I am again confused, if the information is in their system, why can we not see it. Why is it delayed 2 weeks? Does anyone know? Where can we get the Fails information? Thank you.

Anything that I state is speculation and my opinion only. Please do not take anything I say as information you should invest on.
