The Transfer Agent Is the source for Current Shares.
Bay State Financial Services Corp Dumped over 33 Million shares during a one month period last October-November. The Form 4 was filed in December for the sales. Investors did not have any clue the market was being flooded with shares. Now I believe the same thing may be happening. Bay State Financial Services Corp still had over 60 Million shares after their dump. I think it may be happening again with the shares they had left. This would not show any dilution at the Transfer Agents office. All shares already out there with Bay State Financial Services Corp.
