Duchess can stay forever as long as Bob does not utilize the financing...as of end of sep. last year only a little over 1 million shares were given up of 100 million authorized!!...Why is everybody getting excited over about 1/100 of financing utilized??...Lets deal in the current facts and trust in Bobs good judgement instead of creating hypothetical situations that do not even exist!!...Bob would be the biggest loser and I am sure he will avoid any pitfalls that would jeopardize the many millions he has invested!! Lets get real without the Doom&Gloom scenarios ....deal in facts not junk talk!!
