FWIW...

Hi Dino,

I appreciate your comments. Please know that Malers just took control of this stock in early March. We certainly have no control over existing stockholders and if there were shareholders actively taking part in such activity under the last ownership, they most likely still exist and it will take time to clear the air.

I can assure you that the company is not a scam – we have solid customers and an outstanding reputation in the industry. Our board will decide how to respond to these rumors.

Thanks for your input.

Regards,

Joel

Joel,

I believe what happened is that the stock was aggressively pumped and then dumped. All of the Market Maker Bid's disappeared midday on Friday. Email links that appeared on the company's webpage were broken or resulted in the bounce-back of sent mail. Rumors are rampant that the company is a scam and was actively involved in the pump and dump scenario. If that is not the case, IMHO, it is imperative that the company provide some public reassurance that it was not a party to the pump-and-dump and that it lay out a realistic rational for continued investor support. Even if the company was not a party to the pumping-and-dumping, it definitely suffered the consequences of what took place in terms of investor confidence. Thus, although the company may not have created the problem, it is ultimately up to the company to react to what has occurred. As you well know, the former company that traded under GXXL had a rather terrible reputation with investors. Many people do not separate the two, and are operating under the maxim of "twice burned".

Best wishes. Unfortunately I fear you will need them to help clear up this mess.

Trading on your stock has stopped. Has it become worthless? Many think this was just a pump-and-dump scam. Can you shed any light on these matters?

Thank you,

D. Sawyer
