Exxon and many other private and commercial enterprises have been working on the premise of converting algae into petroleum products for the past 30 years. Though it shows much promise, no one has been able to surpass the hurdle of the algae becoming contaminated in the systems and preventing recurring production.
I guess Berman is going to be THE ONE with his "Pilot" program in Houston huh? All he needs is YOUR MONEY to get this done, and he as the expert, just like he is has been the expert in running a uranium mining corp, is just the guy to get this done. LOL
