I was a trucker for years so I can give you an idea of how much trucking has to be done.

The average 53 foot "semi" can haul 20 tons or so.
35,000 tons divided by 20 equals 1750 loads.
15 trucks times 2 loads per day 30 loads per 24 hours = 58 days to stockpile one shipload.

I remember reading somewhere that the trucks that he was gong to use can haul 40 tons. so the trucking time will be 29 days.

35,000 tons is A LOT OF MATERIAL
