I would recomment to check out a drug called OncoVex. They are currently in Phase III and as I have heard from some sources had achieved quite some remarkable results while OncoVex has only a benign side effect profile. Biovex which is developing OncoVex has just been sold for $1bn to Amgen based on most recent data from the phIII study.
