mactex, it definitely seems like their not worried about any "going concern" w/ NEOM, that's for sure.

I like this part of that section, "(ii) adversely affect the validity or enforceability of, or the authority or ability of the Company to perform its obligations under, this Agreement or any of the documents contemplated herein"

Sounds like a favorable pending court decision ahead to me.

Hmmmm, think they know something we don't?
