I agree but fact they haven't maybe because they haven't done anything wrong? You can say they have but lately I have seen Sec move in pretty quickly on any gold penny stock plays. SAEI comes to mind. Now why they might not be coming here could be the dollars involved. SAEI had some huge trading $'s in 25 to 90 cent range. BTDG had some big days got over 1 cent but nothing on level of SAEI. They cannot go after every one the Sec doesn't have the resources. Big $'s first and BTDG is not big dollars trading.
