It won't happen in our lifetimes, I'm afraid. This pinksheet market is too ingrained into the system. Kind of like how the government won't allow gambling yet makes a fortune on lotteries. ( :

What may have been a good idea when it was devised, sure has turned into an abomination today.

Some very simple rules could be instituted with no problem at all that would help expose the truly scammiest companies.
