the idea is to reduce the amount of shares -they will be worth the same amount- less shares higher price -company with value and upside potential --I'm sold the trick is no dilution -many pinks r/s to sell more shares and the PPS just tanks -that won't be the case here-imo

Smarter is not the problem on these public forums
Its common sense that seems to be so elusive
