Thanks Phoneguy. Yes. I am very familiar with what Inzon is about, doing, and the companies they've purchased; their 3 year goal, (beginning in 2007), of buying up as many small, rural communication companies as they can; their deal with NEWCOM (a world satelite company); their ownership of CIMA Communication, The SAE Group, Inc.; ANew Broadband, etc.

Some on this board think that everything is to come from Val and MDGC; which is not true. Also, anyone who thinks that this company has come this far just to sell batteries over the web, is lost. If you look at the size of of Inzon's Network map, you can see that Lino Morris has been quite busy. Not to mention The SAE Group's function and licensing agreements with NBC, CBS, etc.

Prediction: MediaG3, Inzon, China Wimax, Unilava, and Asiana Dragons ultimately merge to create a global communications company that competes with and I believe beats, (for a period), some of the top communication companies in the US. These company's patents, technology and goals back that claim.

Add to that the battery patents of EnableIPC, Inc., MDGC's patents, the patented convergence technology of Attila Technologies, The patented Aerius technology, Xcellink's patented payment system,(also being developed by Inzon), etc., will give them, for a period, the edge.

We should all pay attention. When Negative received that battery in the mail, MDGC became a product producing company, which finally gave physical as opposed to speculative value to the company; something that we've all been waiting for.

2 things to think about. First, when MDGC finally re-registers with the SEC, it will again be the same as an IPO (initial public offering). We all know what that means for the share price.

Second, Val owns about 568 million shares of this company. It's very much in his best interest, more than any other MDGC shareholder, for this company to succeed; as the right share price will make him an instant billionaire.
