Al, just went back to see what they really have.

Tax= 50%
Royalty= 5% (I think, not sure)

Now if they are talking of a blk 2 & 4 project, which is where I think they would start, we avg out at 20.75%, so that leaves 24.25% for those paying 100% of upfront cost.

Not so good for the operator when you really look at it.
