So by your own logic, an individual shareholder should call a company as to understand the standing of that company. The shareholder should understand and believe what is said to them in a private phone conversation vs the company making a public statement on its standing and actions.
1- The private phone call equals, the company or individual is not responsible for anything that is stated as to the standing of the company therefore not applicable to any SEC regulation.
2- The public statement, per SEC regulations, the company is and will be held accountable for false and misleading statements to the shareholders.
This constant back and forth of no facts, no news release from the company and certain individuals constantly "pumping" this stock per supposed phone conversations is disturbing. Disturbing on the level that you will not share any facts as to this supposed "good news" but everyone on this board who can possibly read your comments is to supposedly just believe you and a phone conversation?
Its also disturbing that the company will share this "Good" news over the phone but refuse (as to date) to make a public statement for all shareholders.
Everything across the board with this stock looks very sketchy at best to anyone with common sense.
The BASIC fact that a shareholder HAS to call the company to get info is a pretty big indicator as to the companies standing.
Again, I invite you to share some facts as to the positive side of the companies standing or news. Not phone conversations.
