Thanks, Lou, and apparently the R&D that the shareholders will be covering (after a r/s?) is WiFi-cell? Basically, Hop-on appears to be a R&D company that brokers out the 'actual' manufacture of phones, etc. to 'Flextronics', therefore, it has little overhead and/or capital assets other than a warehouse located in Irvine, California. The company is funded almost entirely (if not totally) from sales of its stock; and until revenue from sales is 'recognized' (via financials) versus just realized (via pr's) the pps will continue to go down (even 'after' a r/s). Am I in the ballpark, here, Lou, in your opinion? Thanks, dc..........
