The JUST SHOW UP gang..............
Last year the get together was canceled as the company threw up a barrage of BS so as to deter the folks from showing up. There was a story about an upcoming meeting in Salt Lake City and only being able to take about a dozen folks on a tour. So it never happened.
This year it is still totally hypothetical and will be until the company comes together and is in a position to endorse and support a meeting. By support I am suggesting having tours of the property and perhaps a limited view of the mill and doing a little dog and pony over in one of the conference rooms at the Oak Tree or some other suitable place. I'm sure that we could put it together if we had such an endorsement, but it's a bit early to be projecting that at this time.
Also, it appears that it would be nice if we could coordinate it with the annual car show and parade as there are events and booths selling things and meals served at the outdoor pavilion. At least this is one idea that was proposed.
I keep bringing up the JUST SHOW UP slogan as both an idea of support for Copper King Mining and on the chance that folks do in fact want to show up and celebrate a success. But obviously we need to know that we have success first and whether or not that success warrants celebration.
I'm out of the Seattle area, so pretty remote from Milford, unlike some of the others who were in support of showing up last year. Nevertheless, together we can make it happen if things pan out. People would come from the far courners!
Well, anyhow, that's a vision. So we'll just have to see how things unfold over the next couple months or so. Stay tuned.
