The "case" is NOT closed. In fact, it's wide open because the company hired an accounting firm months ago to get everything up to date and re-list on the OTCBB. We should be expecting updates on this in the near future.
Listen, I know a lot of investors here are getting anxious and want production announced ASAP, but you must understand that the company is being VERY careful not to make mistakes they made in the past. This time around everything should work like a well oiled machine bringing maximum value to the company and it's stock. I firmly believe that anyone who has the patience to see this through will be greatly rewarded.
