Visit these companies today, see how many professionals working there are foreign born.

Don't care, they are still COMING HERE and staying here, and their kids are becoming American, and they are not going back. Says something.

As mainstream American's fight over what our privileges as citizens should be, and what the government owes us as entitlements, and devote lives more to media than productivity, a vibrant group of well educated, motivated, immigrants are arriving to save us from ourselves.

That is the way it has always been in America. Einstein was a German immigrant, our rocket program was produced largely by Germans. It helped keep America great. That tradition is continuing.

The thing is, these people are working on American ideas, and being managed by Americans, or becoming embedded Americans in the process.

This happened in the 70s, 80s, 90s, and now 00s, the rhetoric about education was the same. What did we do, we spent more per chil (a lot more), we played with new trendy educational philosophies every 5 years or so, self-esteem became pre-eminent, etc. Nothing has changed other than now the Third World is actually turning capitalist from Brazil to India to China!

We won! That was our entire goal since the Cold War began. And yet still, these highly skilled immigrants are coming to America. Which is not the same at all as the loss of our borders around Mexico but I'm not going to go there on this board (although we would probably agree on that issue).
