Question regarding proposed QASP merger:

The total shares owned by current QASP shareholders in the merged company will amount to approximately 375 million (i.e. 25% of 1.5 billion). It says that Centiflex shareholders would get 75% of the shares of the surviving corporation. Are they going to then get around 1,125,000,000 shares?
