What is sad is that Mgmt usually suspects that they
are bad deals, but they have no choice. They cannot get
normal financing--and these vultures are there with the cash. CEO's
have personal bills to pay too, just like us. And they need
their pay checks. They convince themselves that the deal is good
for the company. They believe just another batch of capital
will get them over the hump and they will start making money.

But it is very rare that it works.

MMRF must, absolutely must, show where they are going to get revenue. And they need to prove the revenue in their quarterly reports.

But right now, the company should do a Webinar or presentation to shareholder IF--IT--they have anything positive to say. These declines feed on themselves. They gain momentum as Mgmt loses credibility.

Kind of like Egypt today.
