sublime....I know that Mark and Dave have both been given shares in lieu of pay. Perhaps Rhonda has to although he never mentioned her. I think it is fair to say that the shares you are talking are ths S-8 shares mentioned in the filing.

Ya know, it does add dilution to the stock down the road, but it will be in the future the shares are restricted, but that tells a lot about these guys to work for nothing. Yes, they got shares of stock that definitely have worth and some day they will be able to exercise them but that doesn't put gas in your car today. Pretty dedicated guys. IMO
