I am glad TMSH is moving forward but I stand on my research regarding Doug Johnson and GRES. I stated that there was no GRES office in Madras as claimed on their websites and that has been proven true by my research. There were many false claims on those websites, the LOI for the tire company in Portland and the JV with C-Trade both were proven to be pie in the sky. We are still waiting for the new websites.
Unfortunately I am not able to attend the meeting as I have dozens of questions to ask them like those 52,000,000 shares that were sold to GRES and where did they get the funds for the payments to Helios??

Hopefully Doug has done an about face with an opportunity to turn his life and TMSH around. That remains to be seen.
