To me it is not any injection of funds but representation of a sense of security felt by the existing and potential investors in FMNJ. It is a reaction for Bill, not being only a Captain of a Pink Sh#@t company rather now a captain of mighty Bolivian Navy...... This has waved a suspicion usually attached to any American working in 3rd world countries and thus always open for any Govt. punitive action under the slogan of national or security interest.

Between the lines it shows how important Bill has become for that country after helping Bolivia securing the right for a see port in neighboring country. This speaks volume. Not a small contribution to a land locked country.

Now we have to wait and see, how it is going to play for our investment.
