Nortel and Zafro??? Have you started hitting the bottle early this weekend?? Man this is absolutely nothing like that!! Nortel was a stable Canadian Utility for 100 years until the advent of the internet when Northern Telecom became the tech darling of the 80s and 90s, which always spent more money than they ever made on the notion that they would win the race to the top of the infrasturewar with Lucent, Cisco and Others!! Problem is evrything became a commodity and the market crashed as carrier stopped buying!! supply outstripped demand so quickly that this Titanic POS could not adapt quickly enough to reduce the cash burn before it BKed them!!!

SWK is a VAR and Trey a Holding company!!! Not sure what you are getting at other than the likely chance they go the same route as NT in BK evenutually
