Well, you could say...............

-CDIV has a float that is unclear in size, but no doubt expanding as the company releases increasing numbers of shares to promoters or sells them to naive investors
-CDIV's float is not "locked" and
-All public information and data indicates that there is NO Huge Illegal Naked Short Position
-Market makers are gladly matching buyers and sellers (which is what they do), making a little money on each transaction, while most sellers are realizing losses and most buyers will soon realize a loss (although smaller at these price levels)
-No shareholders are able to sell because noone wants to buy and many shareholders are unwilling to sell because they already lost most of their money and have decided they might as well ride out the option
-CDIV licenses and tries to resell poorly designed games, while most games on the internet are available for free (even really good ones)

"Stop this Ponzi Scheme.......don't make yourself a "Greater Fool" and a victim of the "Criminals" behind this scam

Sell CDIV!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and apply the tax loss against any gains you realize in '11 (consider investing in high yield bonds or high dividend paying DJIA equities
