Lou, 'perhaps' part of their 'business plan' has been to sell more shares (ie., dilute) IN ORDER TO AVOID DEBT, and if 'that' is the case then I have to congratulate Hop-on for pulling it off; but the time has come to consider THE PRICE PER SHARE OF ITS STOCK over the consequences of taking on debt. I suspect 'their business plan' is to 'STILL AVOID DEBT' by continuing to sell more shares and to bring up the price per share via a reverse split. It's a business plan that may enable the company to 'survive', but will the EXISTING shareholders survive??????? I don't think so, but the NEWBIES probably love it.........
