"looking forward to good things happening for a change."  Any particular reason other than the announcement of directors?

"These new directors have impressive backgrounds ...."  Could you fill us in on the new directors and their backgrounds beyond what is stated by Green Star?  (I really don't need the public information released by the company to be cut and pasted yet again.)  I couldn't really find much, other than some high school reunion information probably pertaining to Tali Ploetz.
