If KBLB uses a "Fiscal Year" for accounting purposes we are already in Q2.

I feel that Joe Noel is in touch with Kim on a regular and much more consistent basis. Therefore, I believe his time frame is more than likely very close to when an actual announcement will be made.

For example, the United States government fiscal year for 2011 ( "FY 2011 " or "FY11 ") is as follows:

1st Quarter: October 1 , 2010 - December 31 , 2010

2nd Quarter: January 1 , 2011 - March 31 , 2011

3rd Quarter: April 1 , 2011 - June 30 , 2011

4th Quarter: July 1 , 2011 - September 30 , 2011
