MR. Bizzy I heard an interesting bit of information. If a company's stock let's say is at $0.40, and signs a contract to purchase or acquire certain assets and pays a portion of the acquisition funds with stock, and the seller accepts the stock at a higher level, let's say in the range of $2, would the stock then have a value of $2? Thank you.
