NWD - has been and will continue to be a LOTTO play. They had some shares that they could not dumped and the SEC told them, so those share were from the start of 2010 which the price was .10-.14 cents -

Why the boucne today, well, it has had some attention the past 2 weeks and lots of volume. This is the week to load if its bound to bounce big and go back above .10 cents.
