there is no REVENUE....none reported for years..only massive dilution starting NOW as per the pr..

Any shares issued for such financing will be rule 144 restricted and carry a two year quite period in which such shares cannot be sold on the public market..

GERMANDANE WAS ABLE TO SELL BILLIONS....THAT WAS THE DEMISE OF 'WEHI

as long as this company dosent file audited financils its a pig in a poke.
