Hey Bozazu, They Should be Updating that Float and O/S along with the Current Financials. There were some FTD's which were investigated and It was one firm that was doing it, they have since been pulled off the stock. As far as the Ticker Change that of Course is at the Whim and Snail's Pace of FINRA, first come first serve with FINRA. Shouldn't be much longer now however, the Request has been in for Months. And No, The Company has not been selling shares. They Promised "no dilution" during the last CC.
