Because of ABT's unexpected move, the always-difficult decision for shareholders—to sell on the news or hold long term—just got much more challenging.
I think it comes down to the old "trader vs. investor" discussion: I admit that I'm merely a lowly trader
and assuming approval will take what I can immediately after.
