IMO... this is the same old story the debtors want equity to believe... "the cookie jar is empty"... NOT!

Plenty of money for the vultures and an accurate valuation of net assets puts the P's at full value.

I know this post will not be popular with many because it will be viewed as the far right side of the pendulum... but I have asked this question before... if you were the debtor/JPM, how many cookies would you "claim" are in the jar?... yep... zero!

I say... NOT... try again...

Hopefully Susman has the valuation in hand and will show otherwise. The NOL's, accurate tax treatment of specific transactions and who really gets what... is at the heart of what we will eventually receive in the end.

I admit, even if there are plenty of cookies for a payout of full value for the P's... a "settlement" will hack it down to "some" other number. $150 IMO is NOT a settlement that I would sign off on. NFW!!!!
