Interesting. I did some quick DD on TDGI. They filed the minutes to their board of directors meeting last Friday. Seems like they have some deals coming up:


6). Approval of Secondary Financing – The Board voted unanimously to pre-approve the basic
terms of negotiations that were occurring between company and a third-party media entity, that
would result in an equity infusion of approximately $1.25-million, plus access to a significant
slate of new releases and catalog films and videos owned or controlled by the third-party entit
