What's the deal with NW Tech Capital, Inc.?

NW Tech Capital, Inc. (PINK:NWTT) has been flying high lately on news that they finalized a merger with 7662491 Canada Incorporated, which is a purported Canadian Gold Mining Company.

The funny thing is, I can't find this company anywhere in a Google search other than in relation to NW Tech. Another few tid bits that raise my eyebrows are:

1) In their press release they say, " The property is strategically placed within an area with well-documented, historic and present, gold manifestation. The previous property explorations proved the presence of gold on the property and the company continues the exploration phase."

The problem with this, atleast to me, is the fact that they don't give ANY references to websites for the Canadian Corp., what the terms of "Canada Corp." are with the so called properties they ?have? - ?own? - ?lease? or whatever. There is no contact information for Canada Corp. and this is usually a BIG red flag!

Take it a step further, and look at this statement in the same press release, "The merger is now finalized between these two companies. NWTT is happy to have Canada Corp. under its wing."

Under YOUR wing??

How pathetic is Canada Corp. then ? NW Tech is a sub penny stock, yes SUB PENNY, with a market cap of 2.38M which is tiny, but probably still over valued for this company.

Usually a quick look at a company's balance sheet can lend a thought or two as too it's progress, and true worth, but this company doesn't file, so...

Here's their latest filings: NW Tech Capital, Inc. Balance Sheet but the information is pretty old, and even at that, all negative.

So you tell me.. Is NWTT just another scam? I'll let you decide, but I will say that it looks a little on the shady side to me.

I'm sure we'll see some interesting things to come with company, or atleast it's market, most likely followed up with a trading halt, and a few fines handed out here and there, but in the off chance that I'm wrong, I'll say this... "Good luck"

Happy day everyone.

Disclosure: I do not own any shares of NWTT.
