I have no idea why Jeff Bradley purchased a shell. Never claimed that there was a merger behind it.

I doubt there was enough money in the QASP coffers to buy that shell, so if he used his personal funds then what he does with it should not concern me UNLESS he tries to do something with QASP and his new shell. Then you have co-mingling of funds which is never a good idea in legitimate business.

Not to say that QASP is legitimate. I don't believe that for a minute. This is and always has been a scam. I got screwed as did the majority of people who post on this board (although some of them haven't figured it out yet).
