I'll tell why pcm would not be sold in usa
All of the contractors that i have talked to about inf r are not intersted in installing it because it is too expensive for average new house buyers. The heating energy cost to cost of pcm ratio is 2/3 times higher in usa when comparing to europe. Unless goverment would sponsor such improvement the average american would not bother with investing cash, which they dont have. In europe eveyone thinks how to build energy efficient house because the saving of energy is saving money. I lived in europe 25 years and i know few larhe builders whose proriority is energy saving solutions
