I grew up near the Merrimack River which runs through NH and NE Mass. when I was a kid the river would run different colors depending on what color they were tanning the hides for the shoe industry. It was an open sewer. The water is clean enough to swim in now and almost clean enough to drink. Do you want to go back to those days?
