The only way they could pay for a promo is with shares, and at the current prices it would take a boatload.

Then all those shares get dumped into whatever momo the promo happens to bring, and the price doesn't go anywhere.

Then everyone starts screaming pump-n-dump.

Promos only benefit those looking to sell the stock. Why should the company pay for a promo just so guys like you can bail at 0003?

Keep with the business plan, release solid news when they have it, release financials, and keep churning through 0002s and 0003s. That's the only way the price is going to have sustainable growth.
