Hey Buddy long Time no Hear!!

WAY TOO LONG!!

unlike Thermal these guys have a very realistic business plan and model, however the US economy has hurt them the past few years. When you are paying $800K for this company like I did at 0.0002 and 3 a few years ago, there is little downside risk, however the upside can never be realized unless this company goes legit!!

When I say legit, I mean stand on its own two feet and generate cash to pay for operation. It has been very close and improved but still not good enough!!!! realistically if the sales get to $10,000,000 in the next couple of years and they actually pay down this debt without adding significantly to SGA cost this is a very cheap company!!

However, with the current debt burned, Revenues, and O/S it is not going anywhere!!! Combine that with the lack of trust with the management, which I am sorry to say has gotten worse in the past two years not better we are in for a LONG TOUGH HILL To Climb!!

JMHO!! but then who knows maybe tomorrow they announce the $175,000 is paid and I look like a complete moron!!! I hope I am wrong, but not holding my breath this time.
