It's easy to see the effects of the lawsuit thus far simply by looking at the way TEVA has essentially made a 180 with regards to its confidence of a t-enox approval anytime soon.



Maybe easy for you to see, but not easy for me. I think it much more probable that Teva's statements have changed simply because of what they have heard from the FDA.
